You’ve booked your Session and your little one is finally here—congratulations! As your chosen family photographer, known for my relaxed and friendly approach, I’m here to make sure your session preparations are a breeze with these helpful tips and preparations. Read these tips on how to prepare for your Newborn Session.
- Read the Session Guide: Take a moment to review the session guide sent through by Rose & Cale Photography. It’s packed with valuable information to help you prepare and make the most of your session.
- Choose Your Colours: Send through your colour choices for the session. Whether you prefer bold and bright hues or soft pastels, let me know your preferences so we can tailor the session to your style.
- Share Your Preferences: Have specific props or poses in mind? Let me know. While I can’t guarantee every pose due to baby’s comfort and mood, knowing your preferences helps me create images you’ll adore.
- Feed Baby: Before heading out for your session, please time a feed for just before you leave the house. A full tummy will help baby feel sleepy and content.
- Pack Essentials: Don’t forget to bring along extra nappies and milk if you’re bottle feeding. It’s always better to be over-prepared when it comes to baby essentials.
- Bring Keepsakes: Have any special keepsake items you’d like photographed? Whether it’s a cherished blanket or a sentimental toy, bring them along to incorporate into the session.
- Payment: Payment for your package is due at the session and conveniently made via bank transfer or cash—whichever is more convenient for you.
- Considering Wall Art or Print Products: Interested in displaying your newborn portraits as stunning wall art? Snap photos of areas in your home where you envision hanging framed photos.
